Regular physical activity – 60 minutes a day for children can be achieved through a number of activities throughout the entire day – it doesn’t have to be done all at once. As a leading nonprofit strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y believes that getting kids more active and allowing them to play is an important factor in improving their health. Let the Oswego Y help your child with a fun activities to meet their 60 minutes a day!

Parkour

Is a physical dicipline that focuses on efficient movement over objects. Purpose is to teach participants how to move through their environment by running, vaulting, jumping and climbing. $3 each visit. 13 yrs +

PeeWee Freaky Friday 3 to 5 year old

Fun and games (no swimming) for children 3-5 years of age on Friday Evenings 6:30pm-9:00pm. Games, stories, projects, gym time, snack provided.  $7 Members/$9 Program Members.
