Tai Chi: Appropriate for all levels including beginning students, or those recovering from illness or injuries, seniors and for women who are pregnant. The class consists of flowing, non-strenuous yoga movements designed to gently stretch skeletal muscles and deeply relax the nervous system.

Classes offer exercises designed to improve agility, balance and strength to enhance everyday functional activities or a gentle chair based approach to yoga.
